Terms and conditions of service

The booking of the Domus Ottavia implies the acceptance of these regulations under the terms and conditions set out below. The person who made the reservation is personally responsible, even for the people accompanying him.

The lease is considered as stipulated between Mr. Milazzo Marco (CF MLZMRC57M13H501K), landlord of the apartments and the booking tenant (owner of the account from which the online booking was made), who must provide the following details upon check-in, showing a valid identification document: Surname and Name, date and place of birth, citizenship, gender; only the person who made the reservation will also be asked for the following information: type and number of the document as well as the authority that issued it.

The prices of the Domus Ottavia include VAT and all expenses related to the service. Prices may be subject to change without notice, but after the booking is confirmed they cannot be changed and are guaranteed.

Children under 2 years of age do not pay.
Children over the age of 10 at the time of booking must be considered and listed as adults.

To obtain confirmation of the booking, payment must be made online by Card, through the website www.domusottavia.com
The payment of the balance will take place automatically 24 hours before check-in by the same Card (check the credit).
At check-in, guests must pay a security deposit of €200.00, returnable at check-out, after the landlord has ascertained the absence of any damage to the property and/or its furnishings.

The deposit paid upon booking is non-refundable for any reason. Unused nights due to early departures than the agreed check-out date will not be refunded.

In order to check-in, guests are required to present a valid identification document to the Domus Ottavia Property, or to a person in charge of it, upon their arrival at the accommodation, as required by law. Guests agree to follow the instructions received during check-in.

At least one customer must be of legal age (18 years of age) to check-in; otherwise check-in will not be possible.

The apartment is delivered clean and in perfect order. If necessary, the Property, or one of its representatives, reserves the right to access the apartment upon previous notice to the guests, in order to carry out maintenance, repairs or other unforeseen needs.

The person who made the reservation is responsible for the correct and decent behavior of all guests staying in the Domus Ottavia. In the event that one or more guests behave in such a way as to contravene the laws of the Italian State or is contrary to the condominium regulations and/or to civil coexistence, the Domus Ottavia Property (or its representative) will ask the guests to leave the apartment immediately without the possibility of compensation for any of the unused nights. The apartment and all the rooms have been visited and checked by the Property (Landlord) before the guests’ arrival. The descriptions contained in the web pages are correct and written in good faith. In the event of problems, guests are asked to immediately contact the Property (or its representative) and undertake to grant the Property (or its representative) the time necessary to resolve any problem.

With reference to art. 13 of law 196/03, we remind you that the information gathered has the sole objective of satisfying the requested service. This information may only be forwarded to the staff assigned to this activity and distributed exclusively within the framework of the service provided. The information may also be processed electronically in compliance with the current laws.
